   • PostgreSQL with PostGIS

   • Power BI Desktop

   Prerequisites: Hot and cold spots (s5), Scheduling (e5), Maps and reports (p4)

   Skills: ETL into PostGIS → Gi* on hexagons → a Power BI report → a static JSON feed a game reads (encounter weights per hexagon, labelled as records)
